How to make Badam milk?

Milk is regarded as a complete food, and the addition of almonds in it is better than anything. You can also make it an alternative shake instead of colas or aerated drinks.

Just make it chilled with 2 cubes of ice. It is a good option.

The dry powder and liquid of badam milk; both are available in markets. But it is good to prepare your own smoothie; it is good from the view of health also.

So guys, lets proceed towards the preparation methods of Badam milk:-


  • Full-cream milk– 2 cups
  • Almonds– 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence- as per usage
  • Confectionary Sugar- 2 tablespoon
  • Cashew nuts- 5-6
  • Saffron threads for garnishing
  • Pistachio- 3-4 blanched
  • Water- ½ cup

Methods of preparation-

  1. Soak the almonds overnight for 5-6 hours in water.
  2. Now peel off the almonds very easily. After soaking the peels will be loosen and can be taken out easily.
  3. In a blender, blend almonds and cashew nuts thoroughly with ½ cup of water so that they form a coarse paste. Keep it aside.
  4. Now in a mixing bowl take the milk and add sugar to it. Mix it well and add the paste of almonds-cashew nuts with vanilla essence to it.
  5. In a blender, pour the mixture and blend for half minute. In a mixing bowl, take out the content and add saffron threads to it and mix for a minute.
  6. Pour the badam milk in a long beautiful glass pour and garnish it with blanched pistachios. Your badam milk is ready to be served. You can also serve it chilled. Enjoy….
