There are many temples in India, holding some mystery which are still unsolved. Today we will be talking about a temple at Kerala which has a mystery which has even confused the minds of scientists and archaeologists.

Where is Padmanabhaswamy temple located?
It is a South Indian temple, located at Thiruvananthapuram at Kerala district in India. This temple is wholly dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Inside there is a huge idol of Lord Vishnu in resting pose.
They also call it “Anantha-sayanam” posture (in the eternal sleep of Yoga-nidra on the serpent Anantha). Currently the royal family of Travancore takes care of the temple.
The main of the family spells him as ‘Padmanabhadas‘ which means ‘servant of Lord Vishnu’.
How the temple got its name?
The temple got his name from the position of Brahma seated on a lotus emanating from the Lord’s navel. It means one who inclines Lord Bramha from his navel in lotus.
Seventh and last door of the temple:
People and trust discovered 6 huge chambers over the temple place, which was overloaded with gold coins, gems, necklaces, silvers, diamonds and other antiques kept in big vessels of copper and golds.
It was really magnificient!
Now the thing which has laid whole world to scratch their heads is ‘seventh door of the temple’!
There is no knob, latches, nut or bolts so that the door can be open. It is a huge gate with the sign of two huge serpents of it. They say it is bounded with ‘NAGA BANDHAM’ or ‘NAGA PAASAM’ ‘MANTRAS’.
Many scholars and preists even say, the door can only be opened with the right chanting of Garuda mantra by a siddha person itself.
What people say about the mysterious door?
Many times treasurer hunters and archeologists, have also tried to open the gate. But all time they failed, and has to face attacks of deadly serpents and problems.
They also say, from the another side of door sound of sea waves and hissing of serpents can be heard. This thing has bewildered everyone’s mind!
Padmanabhaswamy temple is regarded as the wealthiest temples in India, as accompanies some trillions. This is a very nice place to visit and a place for divinity and worship as well.
