As the baby step 6 month age, solid foods are introduced. In this Cerelac baby food is very common. Why not to prepare such at home. Today we will prepare homemade cerelac. Milk and Cerelac are mostly used food for babies. But do you know these fortified cereals with milk solids can have lots of preservatives and artificial flavours which can be bad for babies.
Today we will be talking about homemade Cerelac and how it is good and differs from those available in markets.
Why homemade Cerelac when you can buy outside?
7 out of 10 people consider to give just cerelac to their babies. There can be various reasons but one reason is the mindset and ready-made which requires no extra preparations. Just to add water/milk and its ready. But it can be bad for your baby in future references.
Being a mother what I think:
Time to say me me congrats as I am also a mother of one. Talking about solids then I never preferred such packaged foods.
In journey too I went for homogenised milk, juices etc. Howsoever the good brand is, nothing can be better than homemade.
In place of packaged baby food, I made my own homemade Cerelac and other preparation. Of course it will take little bit time, but you will feel satisfied as you are giving best to your child.
